2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats

For the Buffalo Ranch Sauce:
½ cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot or your favorite)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
For Garnish (Optional):
Fresh chopped parsley
Extra ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions
Prepare the Wings:
Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:
Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
Air Fryer: Preheat to 380°F (190°C).
Season the Wings:
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Bake or Air-Fry the Wings:
Oven Method: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Method: Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Make the Buffalo Ranch Sauce:
Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
Combine Ingredients: Stir in the hot sauce, ranch dressing, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
Coat the Wings:
Toss the Wings in Sauce: Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo ranch sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Serve and Garnish:
Plate the Wings: Arrange the wings on a serving platter.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with extra ranch dressing, celery, and carrot sticks on the side.
