  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice (from the jar)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions or chives

  • Chips, pretzels, crackers, or fresh vegetables like carrots, celery sticks, or cucumber slices

Instructions

Prepare the Dip Base:

  1. Soften the Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the Sour Cream and Mayonnaise: Mix in the sour cream and mayonnaise until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

Mix in the Flavorings:

  1. Season the Base: Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add the Pickles and Mix-Ins:

  1. Add the Pickles and Juice: Gently fold in the chopped dill pickles and pickle juice.
  2. Incorporate the Crunchy Elements: Mix in the finely chopped celery and green onions or chives until evenly distributed.

Chill the Dip:

  1. Refrigerate: Cover the dip and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve:

  1. Garnish and Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra chopped dill, green onions, or a pickle slice if desired. Serve chilled with your choice of dippers.
