Instructions

Prepare the Base:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Mini Pizza Crusts: Arrange the mini pita rounds, naan pieces, or English muffin halves on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil to help them crisp up.

Prepare the Toppings:

  1. Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the cooked, shredded chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika for added flavor.
  2. Spread the Sauce: Evenly spread pizza sauce over each mini pizza base.
  3. Add the Chicken & Vegetables: Distribute the seasoned chicken, bell peppers, onions, olives, and cherry tomatoes on top.
  4. Sprinkle with Cheese: Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each pizza bite.

Bake the Mini Pizza Bites:

  1. Bake Until Golden & Melty: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Broil for Extra Crispiness: For a slightly crispy, golden top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes (watch carefully to avoid burning).
